1 - COSTS & AVAILABILITY
Choosing the product that will fit your needs online can sometimes be challenging, and we certainly understand that situation. We provide non-imprinted samples, and in some cases, imprinted samples of products for your review. Due to the significant variation in product costs, we're not able to provide all samples free. Some have a charge for the item itself and shipping charges. Any charge associated with a sample can be fully credited to your account when an order for that item is placed. Any charges for samples must be paid in full before they will be shipped.
2 - HOW TO ORDER
Email your request to Customer Service or call (800) 868-7018 between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Monday - Friday (EST). Customer Service will contact you regarding your request within 24 hours. They will provide any costs (if they apply), estimated delivery date and shipping options.
3 - INFORMATION NEEDED
1. The item number of the product you would like to sample
2. The quantity of the product, if more than one
3. Any specific color, size, or style of the item
4. How you would like the item(s) shipped if not by standard ground service
5. Shipper number if you want shipping charges applied to your account
